Comment: Especially Article II "Principles of the Cease-Fire" which guarantees the freedom of movement of civilians and goods, including humanitarian assistance. Furthermore, it prohibits the laying of mines, sabotage as well as all violence against civilians. See also Article III "Principle of the Agreement" which prohibits the laying of mines.
